Naturally sustainable movement

We are a private-focused studio. While we do offer small group classes, we encourage private training to achieve understanding and optimal change. In order to set you up for success, we do require 4 private sessions before participating in our private group classes.

Private sessions

50 minutes — $120-$135
30 Minutes — $65-$75

Private sessions are your dedicated time to:


  • Learn new movement concepts and exercises
  • Refine and deepen your existing practice
  • Explore new equipment with personalized guidance
  • Focus on specific themes—like endurance, stability, muscular growth, or recovery for a particular body area


Scheduling Notes:



  • Private sessions are available throughout the week, including Saturdays
  • Saturday instructors rotate — the booking calendar shows who’s available each week
  • We recommend completing 4 private sessions before joining group classes to ensure you’re familiar with foundational movement patterns

DUets

50 minutes — $65-$75 Per Person

Train with a partner and enjoy shared movement in a focused, supportive setting. These 50-minute sessions can be done on:


  • Pilates equipment
  • Strength training area


To book a Duet Session:



  • Each person must purchase a Duet Package
  • Both partners must book the same time slot on the schedule
  • You will be automatically paired together upon booking


Great for friends, family, or accountability partners looking to move together!

Semi-Private Classes

$45 per person

These small-group sessions offer a supportive environment with more personal attention and instructor feedback. Here's what to know:


  • Participants: 3 to 4 people per class (depending on the format)
  • Equipment: Focused on Pilates apparatus
  • Guidance: Instructors provide individualized form corrections within a group setting
  • Value: Enjoy the benefits of private-style instruction at a lower cost per session


Before booking:


You must complete
4 private sessions to ensure you’re confident and prepared for group training
