Start With a Session Designed Around You
Your first visit is the best way to understand how your body moves—and what it needs next.
First Visit (Complimentary Private Session)
This initial session is designed to give you clarity.
You’ll work one-on-one with an instructor to discuss your goals, assess your movement, and identify the patterns that may be limiting your progress or contributing to discomfort.
You’ll also experience our approach firsthand—how we teach, how we cue, and how we help you move with more precision and ease.
After your session, we’ll guide you through everything you need to continue, from booking and scheduling to building a plan that supports your goals.

Personalized Training That Improves How You Move
Our private sessions are designed to meet you where you are and move you forward with intention.
Whether you’re focused on Pilates or strength training, each session is tailored to your body. We identify and refine the movement patterns that influence how you feel, helping you build strength without unnecessary strain.
Pilates focuses on precision, control, and mastering foundational movement
Strength Training improves performance, builds resilience, and resolves limitations within your current routine
Session Options:
- 50-minute sessions allow for a more comprehensive assessment and deeper progress
- 30-minute sessions are best for targeted, focused work
Work With:
- Kawayan Instructors — highly trained in our method
- Owner Sessions — for deeper analysis, complex movement patterns, or advanced guidance
Semi-Private Classes (Up to 5 Clients)
Focused Training in a Small Group Setting
Our semi-private sessions offer the energy of a group with the attention of individualized coaching.
With a very limited number of clients, we’re able to guide your movement, make adjustments, and ensure you’re building strength with control and intention.
This is a structured, supportive environment where progress is both visible and sustainable.
Duet Training (Pilates or Strength)
Train Alongside Someone You Enjoy
Duet sessions allow you to share your training experience while still receiving personalized guidance.
Each session is adapted to both individuals, so you can work on your specific needs while benefiting from shared accountability.
Duet sessions work best when both clients share a similar level of experience and are working toward similar goals.
Movement Enhancement (30 Minutes)
When Stretching Isn’t the Solution
This focused session is designed to improve tissue quality and restore how your body moves.
If you’re experiencing stiffness that doesn’t improve with stretching, the issue is often not flexibility—but how your muscles and joints are functioning within movement.
We use targeted techniques, including myofascial release, to help restore ease and efficiency.
If you’re unsure what that means, this session is often the missing piece.
Virtual Training (Pilates & Strength)
Continue Your Practice From Anywhere
Our virtual sessions bring the same level of attention and intention to your home or travel routine.
Whether you’re maintaining consistency or building a new routine, sessions are tailored to your space, equipment, and goals.
