Originally from the Sunshine Coast in Australia and now a long-time Tampa local of almost 20 years, Katie brings a warm, grounded presence to every class she teaches. Her journey into Pilates began after the birth of her daughter, when she discovered a deep appreciation for the method’s emphasis on strength, balance, and alignment. Katie is a comprehensively certified Pilates instructor, a certified yoga teacher, and a Registered Nutrition and Dietetic Technician (NDTR). Her unique blend of expertise allows her to offer a well-rounded, practical approach to health rooted in feel-good movement and functional strength. Currently pursuing a specialized certification through Balanced Body as an Advanced Movement Practitioner, Katie continues to expand her knowledge and stay at the forefront of her field. Whether you're new to Pilates or looking to deepen your practice, Katie’s thoughtful, encouraging teaching style makes every session both accessible and empowering.
